Casual Coworking Concierge Brings Private Workday Packages, Fast Wifi, and Locally Roasted Servant Coffee to Gram's Basement
DENVER, CO — La Vista Motel and El Piñon is now booking weekday "Work From Here" packages, turning Gram's Basement into a private coworking space for teams, remote workers, and anyone looking for an alternative to the coffee shop grind.
The packages give teams and individuals a private space to plug in, present, and get work done. Gram's Basement accommodates up to 40 guests and comes equipped with a big screen for presentations and video calls, fast and secure wifi, and complimentary parking.

Three Ways to Work
- Clock In ($12+ per person) — Specialty coffee and a pastry to start the day, private use of Gram's Basement, and a big screen and sound system ready for presentations or video calls.
- Grind Time (custom pricing) — Everything in Clock In, plus lunch catered in from one of El Piñon's preferred local neighbors, with coffee and lunch timing tailored to the team's schedule.
- Nine-to-Wine (custom pricing) — Everything in Grind Time, with the workday rolling straight into happy hour. Fully customized with drinks and specials built around how the team wants the day to go.
Every tier is anchored by El Piñon's coffee bar, powered by Servant Coffee, a Denver-based roastery built on principles of traceability, quality, and community impact. Guests can choose from drip, espresso, latte, cold brew, matcha, or tea, with drip coffee refills always free. A rotating case of fresh-baked pastries from local bakery Rebel Bread rounds out the coffee bar, and breakfast burritos are available daily alongside El Piñon's full coffee menu.
Teams that need a whiteboard, extra monitors, or printed handouts can simply ask, and El Piñon's concierge service will have the space ready before the team sits down. A loyalty program is also available for regulars, so the more a team works from El Piñon, the more they earn.
For groups traveling in for the day or hosting an overnight work retreat, rooms at La Vista Motel are available on site, subject to availability.
